Development description: Homegrown was made during GGJ2023 with three of my peers. During the 48 hours we had to develop the game, I spent a majority of the time working on the games enemies, and the system made to spawn them. Enemies are spawned using a counter that slowly counts faster as the game progresses. Once it hits a threshold the game will spend the counters to buy a swarm of enemies, weaker enemies cost less than stronger enemies do.
